Electric vehicles - Rwanda
A new electric vehicle assembly plant was built by the Chinese company “Tailling Electric Vehicle” (TAILG). Location: Gahanga industrial zone (Kicukiro district). It is specialized in the assembly, sale and maintenance of electric bicycles, scooters and tricycles. In Africa, TAILG is present in South Africa, Egypt, Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda (Ecofin – January 2022).
