From 2024, BMW will manufacture the X3 hybrid model at its Rosslyn plant. Investment: €225 million. Part of the production will be exported to North America, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Australia and sub-Saharan Africa. The Rosslyn plant currently produces 75,000 Series 3 internal combustion engines per year (Africa Automotive – May/June 2023).
