Green manufacturing sector
A manufacturing chain that guarantees sustainable industrial development.

 

“Leader” company
Any company operating one or more facilities on African soil that manufactures equipment or products under conditions that respect sustainable development.

Conversely, activities such as the operation of wind farms, mini-electricity grids, waste recycling units, etc. are operating sectors and do not fall within the scope of green sectors, as defined by the Observatory.
