In September 2023, Auxano commissioned a new 100 MW solar panel manufacturing unit in Ibeju Lekki (east of Lagos). In September 2020, Auxano Solar had secured US$1.5 million in financing from “All On”, an investment company backed by the Shell Group, to build this solar panel unit. This solar unit is capable of supplying 333,300 solar panels per year, based on a capacity of 300W per panel (under ideal conditions) – (Oil+Gas Africa report – 1st October 2023).
